Bhang has been a rudderless ship

headed for the rocks since it ipo'd.  Sadly any uptick from going public was squandered or lost to the untimely downtick, across the boards of almost every potpreneur I am aware of.

The recent announcement of granting stock is untimely given the current state of affairs of BHNG.

So is making a big deal about re-inventing a whole new persona and packaging when what we had was adequate and already paid for and in the right hands could be grown to profitability.

I am hanging my hope on TRUL but have no indication of what our product skus are doing for them and they could be dealing with 10 different manufacturers and weighing our products against them to see what are keepers and what aren't.

Since the bottom fell out of the pot biz, caused by government bad laws and guidelines and a ridiculously large and unqualified influx of new potpreneurs, all competing for a still restrained marketplace.

A great product line can be a moneymaker in the right hands and awards help in their promotion but that is where it isn't the dog in the fight but the fight in the dog, and our dog seems to be content licking itself rather than getting out there and digging for bones.

Our new old guys set this up for coatailing on BHNG's success that didn't happen, at least enough to garner some shareprice appreciation.  That is to say, they didn't seem to want to do anything to run it until it started to drag on their other efforts which are sucking wind too.  Aion and PBIC!

Now it seems that we are reliant on a team that aren't culpable and don't want to be there which is why they need to do something serious about finding a new CEO that has a great history of success or can bring some transferable skills to our new vice.

Personally, I think that we should promote our chocolate that has awards behind it and target consumers who like chocolate and would happily consume it daily, especially if it was perceived to help with some ailments that other folks are using it for.

I don't know where we stand with CBD and THC products as the rules aren't the same for both sides of the border but I do believe that CBD is less restrictive and more likely to make it to consumer's hands than THC skus are.

I do believe that some kind of information dissemination promotion can be squeaked through, backed by personal revues that are pro-happy for supplying treatment for ailments.

I think that we desperately need a takeout or livewire new hire that can run with what Bhang has to offer.  The Indiva team who have a branding deal with BHNG might be a great choice as they are active and doing a good job of selling BHNG products in Canada.

Or a chocolatiere.  I mentioned Jim Frazier who launched his own successful chocolate company and got picked up by a company that, I believe, strangled his efforts unti they parted company.  I talked personally with him when he was involved with the predecesor of High Fusion and he convinced me that he was the real deal.

Best to stay away from friends and family choices and any tag along appointments.  Who would turn down a directorship or ceo position if it was offered.  The upside is considerable while analyzing invovlement and effort by the lucky ones, not so much.

Barring finding the perfect individual, maybe run it with a team whose numeration is based on performance.  Lots of minds might fit the bill for a good ceo.
