Frontpage Stockhouse nr today for BHANG
There is a little life from management judging from their nr today!
Seems they are trying to diversify out by picking up a numbered companies patents, ip and recipes.
Also haven't checked out their website for awhile and it looks fresh and inviting but mostly it shows management doing something.
Some investors and followers think that SAFE banking could be close to a pass. Whether that will suffice as a good enough legislation to call it legalization will be verified by shareprice appreciation for the winners.
Make no mistake that most of the penny stock pot players are going to tank because there are too many players and too much supply.
Stateside, half that supply is the black market and the shadow of doom that they cast over the legal potpreneurs who are willing to do it right, according to the guidelines and within the laws as layed out by the powers who do that stuff.
Marketmakers and short players are the scourge for small investors who won't jeapordize their capital to play the short game. Their tactics are tantamount to price fixing and sadly they kill smallcaps of potential with their constant manipulation by short-selling, telling a tale of woe for their shorts and coercion among other like minded players that include bankers, brokers and the like.
My gut tells me that the majors, MSOs, LPs and future see'ers know that this is going to shake out and you better have the ability and means to keep raising operating capital to be on the survival list with the possibility to stand in the winner's circle.
If you are going to play the potstocks that are in the pennies, they need to have survived for years, even a decade and have some special skus that consumers recognize. If they have that they could be buyout targets by the bigger players which sort of amazes me that BHNG is buying up patents and IP to expand out of the chocolate business that has struggled from too many skus and too many manufacturers.
At least they are trying to pull themselves up with brave new direction which I believe also includes the new kid on the block, mushrooms, psilicybin and such as well as a new, better, more user friendly delivery system that they could incorporate into their award winning chocolate line which is supposed to be top class but I'm not sure about the release time for the magic ingredient such that it is rapid onset and offset which is a huge selling feature to keep Grandma from cowering from under the table from over-doing it.
At any rate, BHANG is alive and trying to ressurect itself with new style skus and better delivery options that may appeal to more consumers.
