Bad news re: halt on CSE

Still trading on the otc.

Seen this play out on several pot investments that I have been involved in.

This is prejudicial to Canadian investors who's exchanges honour the halt while US investors continue to trade under their symbol.

This is caused by management's failure to file a report that is required, usually a financial report which is the very essence of competent management.

US exchanges need to get on the program and honour the halts levied by Canada's watchdog securities exchanges.

My experience is that they will run this down to nothing and some large pocket investor will swoop in and pick up anything of value, leaving the longterm investors holding an empty bag.

I don't know if this will prompt our managment to get it together and file the necessary reports.

I am also looking for a way to take posession of my stock certificates so I can deliver them to a US broker to dump them before they get eaten from the inside out.

Has anybody done this successfully?
