Take Back Control - Vote "Against" Midatech + DrDR

Gents and Ladies,
I'm a long time investor (and large block shareholder) who has sat on the sidelines watching this bullboard banter for years. However, something has to be done to take back control of our company. We can only do this by pooling our collective voices. Please take the 5 minutes and vote today!  Vote online at PROXYVOTE.COM and enter the 16-digit Control Number that was mailed to you by Computershare. We must send a clear message to the BOD and DrDR that we are AGAINST the Midatech deal and that we do not give them a mandate to continue in this reckless manner.

This complicated agreement with Midatech (engineered by third party actors) gave little or no value (or audience) to xB3. I may be an optimist, but when our directors downplay the value of a key asset that has shown only promise (and are legally bound to report materially significant changes) they are being less then genuine in their duty to shareholders (save one or two disenters that had to fall inline). This is only my opinion, but with only a few updates from DrDR (and even fewer opportunities for direct Q&A), we can only go by her actions (or lack thereof) as well as BTI's stock price. At $0.035, BTI needs a licensing deal to show the world that xB3 works as described and is a revolutionary BBB transport mechanism that will help millions of people in the future.

But, we only have a short window to change the direction of this company by cutting monthly operating costs, giving BOD a haircut, selecting an interm CEO (perhaps John Hemeon or a similiarly finance-driven professional), and sourcing alternate sources of financing/investment. Someone with money has to step forward (or multiple someones) to payout the bridge loans with Midatech and Lind and avoid Bioasis defaulting on June 30, 2023. This will give Bioasis some much needed breathing room. If we do nothing, the current BOD and DrDR will waste the next few months and handover xB3 for pennies.

Alright... I did the same, still got around 1/4 million shares so there you go, let's see what happens over the next few weeks and the last $$ BTI has.
