NB***,,I have a number of shareholders now who are interested in a Zoom chat. For those who are still on the fence but are thinking joining the discussion would be beneficial you can message me thru the private message option here on SH. Power to the People!!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>> Shareholders. Lets get at it!!!

,Step one here is to ensure the IP remains with BTI. We will explore financing options along with advisement from council at every corner to pay off the Lind group, securing our path forward. Initial discussions are taking place already. We have all agreed to start the wheels in motion this week. Not all activity will be discussed in open form on this site of course. Any luck we will encounter ...more

Comment by Boomskid on Feb 06, 2023 6:47pm
ROSIE2023 asked why the Bioasis IP is taking so long to make it to market if it works.   It's possible that there are deals that have been held back due to a de facto standstill for the last 12 to 18 months. I have already written it all out a number of times and I won't bore you with it again here.   A player like Ladenburg Thalmann (LT) could very easily tell its client ...more

I could not get onto the agm properly to ask questions but surely there were some that could have  but there was only one Question posed i voted my shares for dr dr since we don't have time to bring in a new team  BUT we have to hold this BOD to the proverbial fires and have them more accountable
Comment by Aarcor on Feb 07, 2023 10:35am
Rosie, your vote infers that you don't feel anyone can do a better job than Rathjen who has taken the company to the brink of bankruptcy.  In fact, it is bankrupt now and I'm sure she'll preside over that until she can no longer extract a paycheque and resigns.
Comment by ROSIE2023 on Feb 07, 2023 10:57am
Totally agreed but finding someone else's on short notice was too big a take right now  we can only hope she takes notice and she has been advised via email that the vote was not one of.confidence  She needs to wake up

This company has been dead for a very long time. It's just that now, it appears the nightmare will soon be officially over
Comment by DrDragon on Feb 06, 2023 12:44pm
Agreed, message sent. Let's turn the question around. Why would Lind take xB3 as collateral for its bridge loan if it had no value?
Comment by Froggy101 on Feb 06, 2023 1:13pm
I'm in to , time is running out , let's see what can be done .
Comment by zwerp2000 on Feb 06, 2023 3:17pm
what else would Lind do? BTI has no money. They can't pay back the debt they owe to them.
Comment by G1945V on Feb 06, 2023 3:53pm
Surely, if push comes to shove, insiders can put a million dollars together to keep the IPs away from Lind.   G1945V

It will be very interesting to see what happens next. BTI is in a very difficult situation on one side of the equation; but Rathjen has been the most dynamic CEO that BTI has ever had. She has completed more deals, bigger deals, more tranformative deals and came close to closing the biggest and most transformative deal in BTI's history with Biodexa. The deal was so big it literally had the ...more

Rathjen has been a complete failure.  1. Go back and listen to some of her speeches at previous annual shareholder meetings. Nothing she claimed would happen came true. Not even close 2. No drugs in the clinic 3. No progress with any of their programs 4. Received very little money from Chiesi a few years ago and it doesn't seem like anything is happening there. Deal was signed years ...more

***What will Rathjen's next move be? *** Most of us are hoping DrDR will step down and allow Bioasis to seek a new CEO with a more productive approach around its business and its science. Morally she should should do just that,,,,be honourable and accept that she has performed at the low end of our technolgy advancement scale. "What we have here is, a CEO, of a Canadian Company, with its head office in the USA, and who's presence is in Aussiland, where by the way Carina Biotech resides!!" That's a very superficial way of looking at it, in my opinion, narmac. At BTI, despite inheriting a company with no cash, a history of failure that led to multiple management transitions, and being handed shareholders that were trying to get her to swear off dilution, she has been the most dynamic CEO BTI has ever had. Poof, stop! Most ridiculous posting I've ever seen. The stock is at 3.5¢ What part of that needs more explaining? And the CEO did that. I've never seen such foolishness! Go put your money on Midatech. Go post on their forum. Rathjen achievements! Even you could sell four LSDs for $750,000 each. And then claim that Hunter syndrome is a big deal. poof says, "If Rathjen was incompetent Carina wouldn't have been able to raise all the money it has," So, are you saying that Rathjen has deliberately underfunded Bioasis? "Poof, with deals, size matters! So far, all I've seen are little itty-bitty wiggly deals." It looks like Rathjen bagged a Lysosomal Storage Disease elephant. It looks like Rathjen bagged Chiesi's potential billion dollar strategic Fabry asset as part of the xB3 portfolio. It is the potential emerging standard-of-care and Denali doesn't have it. Rathjen "bagged" the Chiesi deal? Really? So what if Chiesi/Protalix have a billion dollar franchise with Fabry? Bioasis made its deal. Three million up front, and $138 million in milestones. That's what Bioasis got. That's for four LSDs, of which Fabry is only one. So, poof, you're touting a multi-billion dollar drug and Bioasis managed to negotiate only $750,000 and  ...more

If Chiesi thinks xb3 is so important to their strategy, why aren;t they buying them out? For $.04, they can own the entire company. A huge company like Chiesi can easily afford that, no? Why was chiesi willing to let MTP buy them? Why is Chiesi willing to let BTI pretty much go bankrupt? Why haven't shareholders received any updates in years about BTI's prrogram with Chiesi? Hmmmmm. I would be willing to consolidate my knowledge and documents ro report Bioasis to regulators. I would include a lot of things that Dr. Deborah Rathjen's actions and inactions might suggest. But I would require financial support to do that. My time is worth something.  jd
