Causing Implausible Speculation, With No Responsibilty

Sometimes I think that poof posts something in the hope that readers will make assumptions that result in hype that poof, himself, will not post, possibly for legal reasons. It's a sly way of directing investor thought processes in a promotional direction while avoiding responsibility for their otherwise unsupportable conclusions.

But then, there's this. Notice that he's still pumping Midatech, Ladenburg Thalmann and Armistice. After Midatech's latest financing is complete, Midatech shareholders will see their ownership of Midatech move from 100% to as low as about 5%. If there is a similar Bioasis "financing" involving Ladenburg Thalmann, Armistice and Midatech, Bioasis shareholders could end up with 3% or less ownership of the resulting company. Further, in my opinion, it remains highly likely that the xB3 Platform and most of its potential commercial opportunities will be sold into private hands. It would likely wipe out any real potential for current Bioasis shareholders to have a win.

Poof makes posts that shed little light on anything. It's easy to snicker at his wild attempts to post something relevant and unique, but sometimes he posts something that makes me wonder if he's been told something by Bioasis. Does he then go on a Google treasure hunt for stuff that makes his posts have at least a whiff of considered and independent speculation about them?

There are people, both inside and outside of public companies, who allow false information and implausible speculation to go unchallenged because they don't care how investors come to the positive conclusion that higher share prices may be on the way.

Poof has no credibility. No one takes him seriously. Stock price is almost below $01 USD. BTI is now on life support, in a coma. The plug is about to be pulled.

Good, I'll take the maximum tax loss as this bleeds out to nothing and everyone can forget about this dumpster fire of a company

Bet on the jockey not the horse We have no jockey
Comment by prophetoffactz on Feb 22, 2023 2:01pm
There was actually no horse. We know Rathjen can ride a horse to victory. We've seen it with Carina which has raised significant institutional money and has received the 'green light' for human clinical trials. We know that BTI has a platform of value as validated by the US$200 million in potential milestone payments plus royalties to multiple parties, the J&J option, and that ...more

Poor, Sometimes i wonder if you are actually joking when you write this BS or if you are just completely out of your mind
Comment by Boomskid on Feb 22, 2023 2:31pm
It's nonsense to say that DrDR has ridden her horse to victory with Carina. It's the type of statement you'd expect from an investing neophyte like poof. Carina is a private company backed by venture capitalists (VCs). It's the VCs who are driving Carina, funding it, and have positioned DrDR as Carina's front end.  Private capital is seeing to it that Carina continues to ...more

"Maybe it's the ease with which Carina, as a private company, can be operated that helped inform DrDR that she'd rather work with xB3 if it's in "other" hands than with Bioasis and its mindlessly negative shareholders." Rathjen has tried to get BTI in competent financial hands. She tried to move from the TSX-V, jd, and the seven simps to NASDAQ, Ladenberg, and ...more

Poof, Rathjen has presided over the destruction of over 90% of the value of Bioasis since she became executive chair and CEO.  That's not the kind of stuff that enhances one's resume, nor does it inspire investor confidence.. She has failed, poof, utterly failed by all measurements employed by diligent investors, a club in which you can claim no membership. jd

she has failed miserably  if the science is good , what is the reason we cant raise money ?
Comment by zwerp2000 on Feb 22, 2023 9:16pm
because the xb3 platform is junk. there's a reason no big company has stepped up to do anything with it and why the company can't raise money and is about to go bankrupt. those that tell you xb3 has value and there is some sort of conspiracy to screw shareholders either have ulterior motives or are just foolish and naive
Comment by Boomskid on Feb 22, 2023 9:26pm
Yeah, you've said the "xB3 is junk" stuff many times, zwerp. I know you're frustrated and angry, but you can't back up your contention.  There are many "proofs" but none larger than that Midatech and especially LT and Armistice want it. It's easily provable that they weren't going after EGF. Also, there was no other reason for Rathjen and Mei Mei going ...more

There is no value to xb3. Companies have looked at it and passed on it. The company has no money. The stock is trading $.01 USD. The company has debt obligations it can't pay. The company had years to sell its platform but couldn't find anyone to do it. You make it out that all of these issues suddenly just popped up and now debt holders are trying to steal xb3. The lack of interest in xb3 ...more
Comment by Boomskid on Feb 22, 2023 11:57pm
I'm not saying that debt-holders are trying to steal xB3. I'm saying that Midatech and Armistice are trying to buy it with the help of Ladenburg Thalmann, who also get a piece of it. Lind, the debt holder, loaned money to Bioasis on the strength of the value of xB3. Zwerp, you're being unequivocal in your statements that xB3 is worthless and you're doing so without considering ...more

poof says that Rathjen tried to get Bioasis onto NASDAQ with that "merger" with Midatech. That was not "on NASDAQ". That was not what Bioasis shareholders understood to be the meaning of "on NASDAQ". Being 6% of a company that is controlled by LT and The Placee with no assurance that shareholders will own xB3 is not quite the resolution that Bioasis shareholders ...more
