Sometimes I think that poof posts something in the hope that readers will make assumptions that result in hype that poof, himself, will not post, possibly for legal reasons. It's a sly way of directing investor thought processes in a promotional direction while avoiding responsibility for their otherwise unsupportable conclusions.
But then, there's this. Notice that he's still pumping Midatech, Ladenburg Thalmann and Armistice. After Midatech's latest financing is complete, Midatech shareholders will see their ownership of Midatech move from 100% to as low as about 5%. If there is a similar Bioasis "financing" involving Ladenburg Thalmann, Armistice and Midatech, Bioasis shareholders could end up with 3% or less ownership of the resulting company. Further, in my opinion, it remains highly likely that the xB3 Platform and most of its potential commercial opportunities will be sold into private hands. It would likely wipe out any real potential for current Bioasis shareholders to have a win.
Poof makes posts that shed little light on anything. It's easy to snicker at his wild attempts to post something relevant and unique, but sometimes he posts something that makes me wonder if he's been told something by Bioasis. Does he then go on a Google treasure hunt for stuff that makes his posts have at least a whiff of considered and independent speculation about them?
There are people, both inside and outside of public companies, who allow false information and implausible speculation to go unchallenged because they don't care how investors come to the positive conclusion that higher share prices may be on the way.
