Did you ever discuss with them, your background in Oil and Gas, and that years ago you and your business partner fleeced investors by issuing millions of stock and warrants to yourselves?


How much money did investors lose Johnny boy?

How much did ypu and Mr, XYZ make at the hands of other investors?

I tell those stories every chance I get. I've told them on here. The company was Panterra Resources. It's here on Stockhouse somewhere. One of the guys who got banned for life used to post on this forum. So did his long time partner. They never disclosed that they were paid promoters (options, at least) of Bioasis. I wasn't involved in the dirty tricks at Panterra and the BCSC knew it

Couple of other things, D. Except for a year or two as an investor in Panterra, and as the company's secretary for a its first few months, I was never in the oil and gas business. The company was turned over to Fred Rumak from just west of you. He is a long time O&G professional, still in business if I recall. He didn't think much of those Panterra execs either.
