TheTruth1234 has made false statements about me. I am going to do several things about it.
First, let me describe the not very truthful TheTruth1234. With respect Bioasis, he bought stock without any consideration of the warnings that I gave him. He was buying very recklessly in 2019/2020. I was never interested in telling people to either buy or sell any stock. I'm a knowledge guy. I offer knowledge and conditional opinions. But this guy scared me because he was foolish and reckless.
I have documented our exchanges for no other reason than I document all conversations. I told him about my concerns about Bioasis and in the end, I did it every time he bragged about buying stock, 5000 shares one day, 10,000 the next, his wife buying more, etc., etc.
I thought that maybe he was blinded by how good things could be if xB3 worked as hoped and the company executed as hoped. Once in a while when the stock dropped he would freak out. He behaved very badly at times. Next thing I knew, he was bragging about buying again.
In the end I had to tell him that I wasn't interested in taking his calls anymore. As a result, I have received the most foul text messages I have ever seen from him. They remain part of my records and I think I may need to deal with them soon.
He questions about whether i talked with with very many people and how much time I spent on Bioasis. I submitted to Bioasis monthly records of all of my time spent on Bioasis and investors. Throughout my time with Bioasis, 2014 to whenever, It was a full time job. I retain those records. There was one month where I documented over 10 hours in total handling only text messages with TheTruth1234. There were also phone calls. Many of them.
About the Panterra thing, Fred Rumak and I were above reproach. Fred reported the other three to the BCSC. They had paid themselves finders fees for bringing in financing money. That''s illegal and they were sanctioned for fraud by the BCSC. To my knowledge, the share price and shareholders were not affected by any of it.
The story is contained in the BCSC documentation on the subject. You can find the story if you do a search for "panterra resource" at
https://www.bcsc.bc.ca/hearings/decisions. While you're at it, do a search for "davenport".
You will find that the following BCSC documents will describe it all for you. They're actually quite interesting because they describe how the BCSC people think and operate.
The BCSC Documents:
A) BCSC
Panterra Findings 2010-401 B) BCSC
Panterra Decision 2010-578 C) BCSC
Panterra Decision 2012-48 TheTruth1234 has made some mistakes. They are self-inflicted. He may even call the BCSC liars. Whatever, I'll be dealing with it privately. That's enough to say about it for now, unless TheTruth1234 persists.
