Knock at The Door

Good morning, TheTruth1234.

About the Panterra thing, I understand full well that you want to run with it. Go ahead, and I’ll respond.

I can proudly tell you that all Panterra shareholders who were there while I was there had a change to make really good money on the stock., I was one of the, and I made money. When I got involved by lending $50,000 to Panterra to help them keep their Cloverdowns property in Australia (Clover-something), the company was failing and the share price was down to 2¢ or something.

But the company couldn't make a go of it. They lost the property and we took over. The company paid back the loans with an issuance of shares for debt. At a shareholder meeting, much as with Bioasis, few shareholders voted their shares. I and others voted to oust the BoD and officers.

The new BoD, of which I was not a member, rolled it back, including our own shares, did a small financing, hired Fred Rumak, and began bidding on shale gas properties put up for sale by the Saskatchewan government. Panterra won a couple of them. One actually had gas leaking to the surface. In that area some farmers had historically driven pipes into the ground and got free gas from them.

The intent of investing is to make money, which I did. Neither Panterra nor Bioasis are social clubs. I remember selling, carefully, at around 45, but I sold a little at many prices on the way up. I never once hurt Panterra's market or its shareholders.

At some point Fred told me that there was an accounting problem. He and the accountant figured out that Tamburrino had put a Sask land transaction through his own account and made money of the deal with Panterra. Nobody had any idea he had done that. It was also found that the three directors had paid themselves finders fees. I learned about this stuff in 2010, long after I left Panterra. The rest of that story is in the BCSC records I provided.

Although I was one of the original investors who kept Panterra alive, I was was not "invited" to participate in the fraudulent activities. I knew nothing about it until the BCSC got involved. Fred Rumak, the exchange and the BCSC all knew that I wasn't involved.

Meanwhile, Fred Rumak advanced Panterra with normal O&G exploration activities. He also acquired some producing wells that brought in operating revenue for Panterra, which is, if I recall, why the share price went up as it should have. Buy this time I was completely gone, out of the picture. It wasn’t until 2010 that the three directors were very heavily sanctioned by the BCSC.

So Panterra behaved in parallel with O&G markets. I had been out of Panterra for years. With Fred Rumak, Panterra likely did as well as it could have done in those markets. Shareholders were never “fleeced” as TheTruth1234 states. His statements about all of that are lies and the public record of Panterra filings, BCSC investigations and actions prove that. As a matter of fact, the BCSC states in one or more of its records that the actions of those directors didn’t hurt Panterra or it shareholders. They were sanctioned for fraud, and fraud is fraud no matter how much is involved.

The effect of the fraud wasn't felt at all by shareholders. The $85,000 or so was paid back very shortly after Fred discovered the fraud, as is detailed in the BCSC documents.

I can tell you that that experience and a few others that I've witnessed have left me very aware of the greed and avarice of public company officials and how they can cause problems for shareholders.

Even so, I didn't realize what DrDR was capable and incapable of. I got killed off by her. She never told me that she had no intention of honouring our contract. I kept working without knowing that Bioasis would not complete their payments to me. As a result, we are in bankruptcy proceedings that will be completed by the end of May. It will be a relief, actually. I will then be enabled to start new business activities and get us going again.

I should have trusted my instincts and knowledge about Rathjen and moved on in 2019. But I believed in xB3. Still do.

TheTruth1234 is lying about me. Fortunately, everything is in the public record. Of course, he doesn't read and he doesn't care. He, like most trolls, just gets enraged when people stand up to them. I will stand up, even if TheTruth1234 comes to our door to do us harm. That's a goon's definition of winning.

The 1535 he posted is the house number where Jane and I once lived. He thought he could intimidate me by showing me that he knows where we live. He likely found it on the internet. The funny part is that we sold that house in 2003 when we moved to Grande Prairie. (I headed the Power Engineering program at Grande Prairie Regional College for three years.)

I hate the fighting. Always have. But I won't back down. I talked to a friend yesterday, about the threat from TheTruth1234. He's a former RCMP officer and he agreed that "1535" was meant as intimidation using an implicit threat of physical harm. I think TheTruth1234 is an aging jock who still uses his hockey enforcer tactics to get his way. My guess is that he acts this way a lot.

Anyway, we'll see where it all goes.

Gotta go. There’s a knock at the door.

In my previous post I revealed that my wife and I are going through bankruptcy proceedings. It will be public knowledge, I believe, in a couple of weeks. My statement about it was worded in a way that some people are thinking meant that Bioasis is going bankrupt. I have no knowledge of that and was speaking only about my own situation. Also, I apologize for the typos in that post. Ugly ones. Too ...more

"I kept working without knowing that Bioasis would not complete their payments to me. As a result, we are in bankruptcy proceedings" Oh, so it's Rathjens fault you went bankrupt.  Ah, OK.  Got it! Almost 70 years old, and not getting paid for 1.5 years bankrupted you? Man oh Man Johnny boy, that sure is a gooder!

Hahahaha! You're running out of material, TheTruth1234.    I take full responsibility for my choices. I also take responsibility for the huge mistake of choosing Bioasis over another client in 2020 during Covid. I couldn't handle both clients for various reasons. I have always felt a responsibility to Bioasis shareholders and many of them became friends. I felt I owed them my ...more

Jd, hey old man, looking for some sympathy? I'll give you some! I'm not a rich man but I tied up a quarter of million in BTI! To be honest you were the main reason I did! For sure I wasn't aware all the underhanded stuff that was going on! But not the least surprised! I just finished 10 years of retirement and for 10 years I have done sfa! Between BTI and PTK I am investment ...more

".....Tomorrow will be a better day" With the multi-product J&J option now over one year old and having been extended and expanded as of the AGM according to Rathjen the option appears to have both matured and met with some success. It was originally set to expire by Jan. 31, 2023 at the latest. It's potentially going on four months overdue. Are we close to the exercise of the ...more

Johnny boy, you did blame Rathjen for you having to claim bankruptcy.  In fact I highlighted in blue for you. You would think someone as smart as you,  with all that 'readin and writin ya' do"  would have read a few "How to prevent bankruptcy books"! No? Hey Johnny boy, wanna know something? Dan hasn't had to claim Bankruptcy! Hows about them ...more
