Stockhouse's Jon Brown articles are no longer appearing on this forum. I don't know whether that's permanent or not, but given the precarious position that Bioasis is in, Stockhouse may not consider it a viable place to be posting their in-house promotional and reporting articles. Jon Brown's articles are still being posted on other Stockhouse Bullboards. It seems that some folks ...more

my goodness, you're still talking about this scam? it's like you have PTSD from this stock. it's over. you lost. you were so, so wrong. deal with it

How about a Reverse Takeover (RTO)? Also called Reverse IPO!! Our shares will be replaced with the shares of the new company proportionately. And there may be a tax incentive for the new public company with Bioasis's balance sheet having ~$43Mil deficit.   JMO G1945V

The Midatech deal appeared to be set up in a way that Midatech would acquire Bioasis but the xB3 platform would be sold off to private interests. (Midatech stated that Biodexa would not remain in the drug delivery business. xB3's only purpose is the delivery of drugs across the BBB.) I'm not sure that Rathjen would be interested any longer in the niceties of that scenario. My guess is ...more

"the case can be made that all studies have shown that it works." However, studies have not been done on humans as yet. And is there a danger of diseases in the bloodstream crossing the BBB into the brain with the aid of Bioasis and other like drugs? G1945V
Comment by Boomskid on Sep 30, 2023 12:17pm
In all the material I've studied, G1945V, there has been no concern expressed about the transport of bacteria, viruses or other material across the BBB through receptor mediated transcytosis (RMT) once the receptor is populated with its intended ligand. Some viruses can enter cells through receptor mediated endocytosis but that happens in competition with other ligands and not in concert with ...more

an interesting story? lol. you mean you're going to perpetuate this scam because you truly have nothing better to do with your time. this stock is worthless as is xb3 and all of your "due diligence" over the years

Yeah, I'm very interested in how and why Bioasis failed. It's sort of the same as being interested in politics, rock 'n roll, how things work, and why there are so many fools. jd

not sure it's the same thing. i mean, to waste 15+ years of your life on a biotech scam and still can't let it go is more of a disturbing obsession. maybe you can't fathom the idea that you got this one so wrong. why did it fail?   simple....there is no utility to XB3. for some reason, you just can't accept that
Comment by Boomskid on Oct 04, 2023 4:03pm
It's not a matter of accepting that xB3 doesn't work, zwerp. It's a matter of proving it. You have the lamentable characteristic of believing things that are unproven and touting them as facts. You have no proof that xB3 doesn't work. It's just you believing your own blah blah blah.   I like to stick with the facts. So far, the facts support management failures rather ...more

and you have no proof that xb3 does work. i look at the facts though. company is broke. company is going bye-bye. company can't find anyone to save them. multiple companies looked at their technology and passed. if there was any value, someone could have picked them up for nothing but no one did. based on that, i would say my view is probably the correct view

This is the lazy part about you, zwerp. There is lots of proof that xB3 works. We know that you won't read the literature but the Texas Tech and MedImmune scientific papers represent a good start. Denali is certainly proving that RMT is worth pursuing. It's market cap is still almost US$3 billion. That's because they did the work that Bioasis never even attempted to do in any ...more
