BioAmber Inc. Receives Notice of Delisting Review by TSX

MONTREAL, Feb. 13, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - BioAmber Inc. (TSX: BIOA) announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has notified the Company that it is reviewing, on an expedited basis, the Company's eligibility for continued listing.

This review results from the Company not being in a position to obtain the approval of the TSX in connection with its registered direct offering announced on February 9, 2018.

BioAmber was notified of the listing review on February 12, 2018. A meeting with the continued listing committee of the TSX is scheduled to be held on February 15, 2018 at which the Company may make submissions. Since suspension of trading and delisting of the Company's shares from the TSX is a possible outcome, the Company may seek alternative Canadian marketplaces on which to be listed, including the TSX Venture Exchange.

The TSX notification does not affect the Company's business operations or its Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") or applicable Canadian reporting requirements, and does not constitute an event of default under any of the Company's debt obligations.

Dude, we get it you dont like Bioa ... now move on.  Your obsession with Bioa is strange, who spend that much time trashing a stock they have no interest in.

If management is not seeking approval from the TSE, what makes you think they would seek approval from the Venture Exchange?  If you are holding this stock in a TFSA and it goes to the over the counter market in the U.S., that could pose some serious tax consequences/penalties for the shares you hold in your TFSA.   Look it up.

Tsx delist should be no surprise to anyone. Same as the NYSE. Nasdaq informed them in Sep . Share price was too low. Don’t pretend the sky is falling!

I would like to thank bioamber for being honest about this being a possibility back on Feb 9, 2018.  This NR is taking no one by surprise. The Company will not be seeking the approval of the TSX in connection with this offering and it is expected that, as a result, the Company's common stock may be delisted from the TSX. Bol

Please elaborate on how you obtained your valuation of $0.05. Are we just pulling numbers from thin air? Ok I got one too, $10000 per share. You have been here less then a month and have over 80 ignores. Perhaps credibility is not your thing. Sit back and learn newbie
