It's delayed.  https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/bioamber-delays-filing-of-annual-report-on-form-10-k-and-postpones-earnings-release-and-conference-call-for-fourth-quarter-and-full-year-2017-677005193.html

The reason for the delay is the auditor needs more time. They will have to prove this so lying is not reality. It’s not like the commission will just approve for the fun of it. It’s actually not a surprise. This Management constantly makes mistakes so they obviously didn’t leave enough time. Remember is the full year financials which take much longer to audit. There’s some crazy stuff being ...more

You can read on your own but Deloitte confirms the delay is due them needing more time to audit the annual filings. Further the form confirms there’s no changes to operations both narratively or quantitatively. the Bioa management truly sucks but bashers and pumpers suck even more. They just add more noise to this loud environment. Do your own diligence

I can’t speak for others but my own position is to hold. Downside is limited to 6 cents, at most, if it goes to zero. Eventually even the biggest idiots get something right. If Eno gets something right, this will have an easy push to $0.25. I wrote a post previously where I broke down the share price. After talking out all liabilities, and discounting the remainder by over 50%, you get well over  ...more

I agree for those already in hold on and hope this isa  real and misunderstood undervalued quality company.Too bad things like being delisted make some of us skeptical Is it possible they think this is like a sailboat where listing is a bad thing?

How do you think they were going to raise money if this wasn't listed? Offering after another without executing on anything. Useless IR, poor utilization of plant, poor marketing team, poor business developement plan. All they talk about is potential that hasn't materilzied. So many directors. So many employees. Incapable management that can't even run a Macs store!

Eventually even the biggest idiots get something right. I guess thats kind of the inverse of saying even a blind squirrel finds the odd acorn. Lets hope this a case of something worthwhile being sold for peanuts and not a case of those who thought they were investing being squirrel bait Back in the previous century when I used to phone a broker to place orders what was it he used to call stocks ...more
