Nice, good sign!!! Hopefully, some institutions continue to take notice. I REALLY wish they would stop the NCIB, it is counter productive to encouraging institutional ownership and promoting greater liquidity in general which every stock should be striving for. Again, I would MUCH prefer them to increase the dividend then to continue spending hundreds of thousands or millions on a share buyback ...more

My thinking on this has evolved. These questions have been in my mind. 1. How did Fax Capital accumulate such a large position on such a thinly traded stock? 2. Were they helping protect RX from a takeover while they built? 3. The NCIB helps the stock price and utilizes cash that has a low ROE when it sits idle. 4. The NCIB supplies the RSU's. 5.
