Question: Why Do You Like Biosign?

The first thing that struck me as impressive about Biosign was that in spite of the difficulty most Venture Exchange Companies experience when attempting raise capital, Biosign has seemed to effortlessly obtain financing and refinancing.

not only that but the companies that they're purchasing would obviously do their own dd. Well, one would assume. Who would give their company away for shares only without some sort of optimistic feelings? I own a small company and you can bet the farm I'd be digging pretty deep to insure my shares would be valuable...at some point. Who gives up a $3mil company for shares w/o doing ...more

vonredbird - how many companies with a one cent per share stock price are transparent enough to put their AGM on YouTube for all to see? Another small cap company that I own would not make the minutes of their AGM available to me via an email, but told me that they could be viewed if I attended the next AGM. Good point and I agree. The average volume is 67,440 which is basically a hotel and dinner for an evening. Today the volume was 755,000... not that it means much cost wise. I'm ok with risking a bit here. Thanks for your input.
