Probability and Statistics

Here is a page from MacroAxis with some interesting statistical info. If anyone has any other links to similar sites, please post them, I'd like to compare.

The problem with this one is...it does not seem to indicate which "recent" financials are being used to calculate the risks and stats.

https://www.macroaxis.com/invest/ratio/BXI.TO--Probability_Of_Bankruptcy

What I find most interesting is the list of companies that have similar or comparable percentage of likelyhood for bankruptcy.

Happy reading!!

Thanks for the link, however I don't believe their calculation. Unfortunately I believe their chance of bankruptcy is higher. It's the bottom of the ninth and BXI has to hit a homer to not lose.

They need a home run to not lose? It's 150 to nothing. Theres two down no one on, some kid named 1320 is up with two strikes, Nolan Ryan from 1975 is throwing 105mph, 13420 just sh#! himself. But hey ya never know...

But what does "lose" mean.  I think discussion of JV's is silly - you cant do a JV if you have no operation.  Ditto this nonsense about 5 tonne samples for clients - that's more than they ever were able to produce with my money. But there is the IPR, and that can still sell.  Their DCF on Saskatoon is 70 mill or 30 cents + per share.

1320, we have argued, fussed, disagreed, agreed and gone back to arguing several times...BUT...that may very well be the first analogy I have seen used on this or any other board that actually fits and makes sense.  Well said, and...I hope they find the money, cause most teams don't! I do believe that if someone out there wants to get into this race, BXI has the best vehicle to get it ...more
