In its present form, the plant isn't capable of continuous efficient production at the  metrics identified. It needs the upgrading identified in the report so it can be constructed exactly as required. Over the years this plant has been continuously changed as the process was developed.

So, the process that GEA says is profitable is only theoretical (because it does not currently exist in Saskatoon), and requires another multi million dollar investment to even make an attempt at it? Am I understanding that right? That's why this stock sits at 14 cents. Even if the white knight arrives, what if they spent $50 million and it's still not profitable? Too much risk for the big

That is your opinion, for what it is worth. About as much as anybody else's opinion here on the board. We just have to wait and see. $50 million is a lot yes and no. To mutinationals worth billions of dollars who need to show growth BXI may just be an interesting possibility, one that they can not overlook.
