This is a great post and I agree on it all.

What's really hurting the sp now is this extended delay without a satisfactory explanation why. The more CS stretches out the time line announcing some concrete news the more people will question whether there is any substance behind his rich statements of progress being made. After the turmoil this company has put it's investors through there is only so much patience left before people start to drift off due in many cases to the sheer volume of frustration in watching this company inch along on the path back to recovery. In the end CS might get his JV but in the mean time he's asking the market to stick by him based solely on hope and so far the message is not working. I'll bet you he wishes he had never speculated early in the year that he would have a JV deal locked up by the second or third quarter. Inexperience that most likely ended up costing him and the company quite a bit of credibility.

Granted he can't reveal all but a CEO that finds himself at the head of a 9 cent stock that has fallen so far from grace needs to be able to provide better assurances than he has to date. Already comments have been made on this board that he and the BOD are resorting to corporate trickery in order to keep the company afloat for their personal gain. That's taking an extremely pessimistic view but the sentiment nevertheless is there in certain quarters and the last thing we need is more unproven accusations clouding our understanding of the situation.

If BXI was a profitable manufacturer than maybe they could ask the market to wait and judge them based on their past track record. Unfortunately they're not, so CS has to get it through his head that his positive forward looking statements don't mean a thing to a market that has thrown BXI on the dumpster pile. He will not advance the sp by statements such as we are making progress but rather how far they actually are to striking a bankable deal. More delay means more stop gap measures means more uncertainty. It's time CS and the BOD realize that they need to do something that is clearly positive to the sp. Talking a good game only goes so far, 9 cents worth it seems. Investors are asking is there more to BXI than just talk?

I also couldn't agree more.  I cannot risk losing my entire investment (what little is left) with BXI anymore. No clarity from management, no "letter of intent", no update on where they are in the negotiation cycle.  CS needs to have something to report.  Right now he must have nothing, or else he would be telling the shareholders of a 8.5 cent ...more

I suggest everyone copy this notation and email it to CS....
