Recent thoughts

I have been growing a bit more concerned about the recent events in BioExx.  I still hope the dream comes true and this thing works and takes off in the long run.  BUT, the realist in me still asks the hard questions, and here is one...

Is it possible that the only reason the insiders are buying is because they have come to the reality that there is no future for the company, and the only way to get some money out of it is to buy the secured shares and bank on a measly return of around 12%, basically guaranteed (secured) by the remaining assetts?  Is it possible that this was their last ditch effort to squeeze some blood out of the dying beast?

Sorry to ask this "lees than optimistic" question.  But, like I said, the realist in me has his own brain sometimes.

DW....You do not have a brain...you do not understand risk, you do not understand the market, you clearly do not understand executives and Board of Directors motives. These people antied up when the company was on the brink. CS re mortgaged his house to buy his stock. And you think they did it just to make a measley 12% and get their money back in a year when the company goes TU??? Like I said ...more

New holders who come onto this page with bold letters and insults remind me of the Bear and his ilk.   Juanito, please have some consideration for others here.   DW simply raised a common concern that has been fact in many companies listed in markets everywhere.   Your rant was childish.

Ya..looking back Curly..I was a bit rough on him...but I have to say....if you truly think management and BOD of this company is "up to no good" Why do you own the stock??? Just simply put your money where your mouth is. I say I like the prospects for this company. I believe senior people are now motivated more than ever to make this thing work out..I bot the deal and the stock..... ...more

Please don't flatter yourself by thinking you have the ability, knowhow, knowledge, confidence or power to be "rough" on me.  I understand plenty.  I understand that you cannot read very well.  When did I ever say that the management was "up to know good"?  or even imply that?  All I am wondering, young buck, is if the management already knows about ...more

A company does not loose its 'reputational capital' by what is written on these BBs ... a company looses its 'reputational capital' by not doing what it says it is doing... and not actually accomplishing what it says it is accomplishing... which has been the reality of BXI up till now - no matter who has been in the driver's seat... why should BXI  ...more

1320 - I'm very much interested in ROI... I want CC back to pump this thing back to 2.50 ... I just think that to put so much expectations on the 'shareholders' is misplaced... 'shareholders' are not in control of the future of BioExx - management is ... and until they achieve 'results' not much will change... have you noticed that their 'message' of ...more
