This board is so passionate lately!

Based on last 1/4ly report being 3 months ago, another is imminent (or should be). Even a slow cash burn will eventually deplete the company's coffers, and unexplained delays are weakening any bargaining power CS may have. I understand that confidentiality is a requirement, but a very basic update like "we're at stage x with an unnamed partner (for a JV, buyout, license, LOI, etc.)"  is a reasonable demand for us,as part-owners, to make. How's the resolution of EU novel food approval coming? Ditto. Who's got concerns? Ditto. We need to be in the loop as much as is allowable, and more often than once every 3 months.

Rather than becoming emotionally unhinged let's keep our eyes on the prize.

Ahhh you guessed it....I fell in love with the stocking of those shoes that I ended up buying into a little known company with a weird kind of logo.
