Century and Hormel - hello where are you

In July 2011 BioExx with Chris Scharr as CFO announced a big deal to the market when the sp was over $ 1.00

that the company would co develop the product as it was already approved in the USA. They wanted the product  that was solvent extraction based but only got ONE ton and then BioExx switched to water only extraction.

A reasonable question to be answered is :

WHY would not such an interested company who already signed an agreement after their own DD just jump in

after the GEA report and co develop and co produce the Canola Protein Isolates. Surely any deal then would have been better than borrowing $ 6 million from Romspen in July 2012 with all assets and patents as collateral

( by the way that 6 million loan is due this summer - will they be the creditor in possession as I predicted after cash burnout)
