so, if just expired...then the cEO may not think it is worth to invest $300,000.00 @.30 in BXI... they got shareholders to invest over $100,000,000.00 ... hmmmmmm.... what's the problem?

Nobody in their right mind would excersise options at .30 when they can buy the stock on the open market at .10 -.11 The expiration of these options really doesn't mean anything.
