75,000 mt Plant does not = 75,000 protein

If the new 75,000 mt plant starts with raw rapeseed it is to possible to produce 75,000 Vitalexx or Isolexx which is over 90 % protein   the oilseed hads 75 % oil ot be pressed out and th eresidue had only 40 % pure protein left so it would only 7,500 tons or Vitalexx or Isolexx protein product  or 1/10 of your estimates

However, to be fair there is the possibility that the business partner has in place a 300,000 mt processing oil plant that will provide the 25 % oil free residue to the new protein pant which is the named 75,000 mt figure that will be processed but that would still result in only a 40 % result of pure protein at 100 % yield which is 30,000 mt of protein

They have to clarify how much oil seed goes into the plant to be processed 750,000  300,000 75,000

Why with a JV deal possible that the SP and volume have done nothing? Any other stock with the tiniest smallest hint of a JV the SP and volume would jump i can't help but feel that we're doomed. You can crunch the numbers all you want it's very very very wishful thinking.I can't get over the fact that we might have a JV deal and the SP and volume does zero somethings not right.

Once a binding deal is signed and we know more specifics (percentages, actual capacities of protein output etc.) then you would have something to base your investment decision on. There is still uncertainty right now and the stock shows it. I am just happy that the imminent threat of bankruptcy so claimed again and again by tsx bear et all has gone way down. Drunken bear was predicting their ...more

Regarding BXI, plant capacity has always referred  to input.  As for protein output, Canaccord's June 7/11 Daily Letter used Protein 17.9%, Oil 38%, Meal 35% and sugar/losses 9.1% in projecting financials for end state process.

Thanks Taiga,    I admit I was jumping the gun..my apologies...using even Canaccords numbers the numbers are impressive. And keep in mind this is European deal only...a very long runway over many years....The fruit of owning this stock will bear fruit for many years to come...imho
