The JV Partner

I would love to know who the JV partner is.  If they are a large proven profitable company then they should have the means to fund this or have good enough credit to get financing relatively easily.  BXI has zero credibility externally so if it was just them they would have to sacrifice a lot which is obviously the angle the equity firm tried to play.  Good on CS for not giving the company away.

In my opinion the financing should be relatively straight forward if the economics behind the deal make sense so this shouldn't take too long.  Good sign the partner is committed and fingers crossed this gets sorted out sooner rather than later!

Nice post; Totally agree. Hats off  to CS for sure, and even if news isn't what we hoped for, at least we're hearing it promptly. Love to hear more about this other suitor too. A bigger company should have deeper pockets. We can still win this two ways.

Agreed.  If CS was really desperate he would have taken any offer.  My guess is he spoke to the partner and they agreed they can get financing elsewhere.  This is mixed news in my book.  It's a shame they couldn't just get everyone aligned but the parties that matter are involved which si great and it just means we have to continue waiting again.  I think it's ...more

You guys are hilarious, patting CS on the back for not getting the JV done, you guys can throw him a party after they delist the company.

I would rather the deal was delayed a few months than to see CS give the equity partner a huge percentage and a cut of the future facilities.  The reality of the situation is that if a first facility is built then BXI and the partner will be able to fund the second facility on their own.  I'm thinking the equity partner asked for a similar stake in future plants and wanted some ...more

What is "large". I believe that it is the largest German cold pressed rapseed oil producer. But its current capacity is only 36.000 tons of rapeseed. So it is "large"?  On a global scale certainly not, not even for Germany. But it would have been a good start and could have been a proof of principle (i.e. that it works, and that it is commercially sucessful.)

I have seen hundred guys like you who defend the management of stock company even after 90 % and more losses. They watch their stock from XX USD or EUR to some cents and even stay until buncrupsy. They never post any critical post about the CEO/management - whatever they do and whatever they decide. The always interprete the things which happen in the most favourable way for the management. That's 1320racing.  If others are crictical on the BXI managment, you try to discredit those. But this way you only discredit yourself, my dear racing. FH
