  1. The promise of the so called “Invention”

“Ironically, the BioExx process was developed -- at least as it applies to the bioenergy area -- almost by accident.

"The original invention was developed by a scientist in the United Kingdom, who wanted to extract oil from flowers for the perfume industry, without using high temperature techniques," says Carl.

The technique was patented and now is in use in the perfume industry.

Through a business acquaintance, Carl found out about the process about four years ago and bought the North American rights for areas other than perfume manufacture.

  1. The promise of another plant in North Dakota

  1. The switch from the failed low temp solvent method using HFC-123 to the aqueous/enzyme solvent free method (another invention).

Again ...why take it out on each other??... call, email, write BioExx - you are paying their salaries... you are the boss...they are the ones that are responsible for the current status of BioExx ...

Sadly very true.  What the heck happened today?  Best wishes to all who are seeing the dream evaporate - it was never meant to be end  this.  Good luck to all.

Management can't get it done because they have a product (sort of) that nobody wants. Does the stock need to go to zero before you realize that? Apparently so. Borrowing to average down in venture stocks is financial suicide. Especially in a company with no sales. Ask Kevin O'Leary. Pretty basic stuff.
