Why all the Hating?

It's funny to watch all the bashers come out and add absolutely no value whatsoever to the message board.  Since the last call there has been absolutely no new news. Last word was that they owed $7M and they were in the process of selling assets with a NRV of $12M.  That's not going bankrupt.  NRV means what they realistically think they can get on the market; it's not book value so this is the current financial view point.

Yes, BXI needs to pull a rabbit out of a hat here but they are in talks with 2 separate partners that could change everything very quickly.  It doesn't take a genius to see that the market is losing hope so by posting on this board what a loser CS is and how much he has ripped everyone off is not only unproductive but makes you look stupid.  You think other investors can't see that they have missed some crucial deadlines and that they are dragging this process out?  Why all the bashing on 1320? He's been invested in this stock from the get go and has been a positive force on this board for years.

If you hate BXI so much why even bother being on this board?  I got cleaned out by RIM a while back and you know how many times i've posted on that board saying what losers their management team is?  Zero.  You know why?  Because once i sold my shares and took the hit i couldn't care less what happens to the company.

If you have some value to add then by all means share with the group and we can have an intelligent debate.  But carrying on like a bunch of school kids trying to heckle longs gives you no credibility because you are just stating what is clearly obvious plus it will just make you look really stupid if a NR comes out stating they have sold their plant for $12M and they now have cash to see them through the JV negotiations.

If you really hate BXI that much just move on and get over it like most people do.  Otherwise let's wait and see what happens with the asset sale and make educated posts based on the facts at hand.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Well said. And CS has more to lose here than most or all the posters. His motivation aligns with the longs, and the enemy here is time, not CS. Let's try being patient (for a little while longer) and wish him well in doing his job. It'll serve us all better than negativity.

CS has nothing to lose other than his $250,000 pay checks which he does zero for,and they're talking to no one.
