did the plant sell,......was it ever listed..........what happens in 9 days with Romspen....comments anyone

Romspen debt is due 19th, AGM on 25th, means material developments will have occurred before AGM and should be reported to SHs before 25th n'est-ce pas? Items like: plant sale and price if accomplished, terms of repayment (or deferral) of Romspen debt. How significant does an issue have to be for a SH vote to be required? Or at least, for SHs to be notified? Is all info blacked out until AGM ...more
