If you were owed $ 7,000,000 after the one year term and tthe only security is plant equipment and ppatent and the plant has not yet sold if ever and the patents not yet issued nor has there any valuation been made by a licence deal and the proposed JV partner is still secret and the company has no earnings even borrow more cash against the same assets as they did in Nov 2012 for a further $. 3,000,000 lien on their plant and patent

What would you if you were to answer to the Romspen shareholders ?

CS must have something in mind, or maybe already done. Either we get a note from Romspen demanding their $$ or we get one from CS explaining  how BXI has dodged the bullet for now. If they weren't satisfied we should have heard about it.  If they are satisfied we should know why. I'm ready to vote for a little transparency from our officers, or for replacement of said
