Class Action?
I received a message back from Mr. Bach stating they were unable to assist you with with this file. He recommended another litigation lawyer by the name of Kim Orr (https://www.kimorr.ca) and also stated that there are "very pressing deadlines" with this type of ccaa filing.

Hello all. According to Court Order dated Dec 18, 2013, the Monitor DBO overseeing the CCAA has wraked up over $200,000.00 in administartion and legal fees. This seems to me that all is lost. as the liabilities of Bioexx is over $8M. The sale of the IP will be up for sale on feb 2, 2014. What would that be worth? Can you at least share any information you have. Did you talk to the lawyer. Has he gone over the Court File # CV-13-10278-OOCL. It makes no sense to invest more good money in legal fees, over a dead investment, if that is the case. G1945V
