Hello all. According to Court Order dated Dec 18, 2013, the Monitor DBO overseeing the CCAA has wraked up over $200,000.00 in administartion and legal fees. This seems to me that all is lost. as the liabilities of Bioexx is over $8M. The sale of the IP will be up for sale on feb 2, 2014. Can you at least share any information you have. Did you talk to the lawyer. Has he gone over the Court File # CV-13-10278-OOCL. It makes no sense to invest more good money in legal fees, over a dead investment, if that is the case. G1945V
