BIOEXX and TEUTEXX
There is no legal link between these parties, except for two former employees and buying the intellectual property. The only recourse is to sue former board members for fraud. Their final financial statement dumped all their balance sheet assets, in the final quarter of filing. Former CEO was associated with Legumex. If anyone else has info of board member names and where they are now we might be able to build a case.
