Beleave LOI with TerraFarma/Thrive Cannabis - SEPT-6

It will be VERY interesting to see what comes out of these "business combination" talks...
https://webfiles.thecse.com/sedar_filings/00005128/1908071257257694.pdf
Deadline is September 6!
...
Much more so than the actual financials... I think we have had enough hints about those...
Bill already said himself in a recent interview: " in April of next year, 2020, we will have a positive EBITDA. We will actually be profitable. Right now, we’re about breakeven"
And besides... What would you expect during the construction period of a large expansion?... Construction costs money - It doesn't make money... that's why the modular buisness plan has been good...
To actually be close to breakeven right now is awesome in my opinion - as some other large players are reporting negative news...
I'm pretty sure that Bill wants his share price to go up as well... haha
...It is just a waiting game now... a long play... a Dark Horse...
I am super happy that my latest orders have been filled!

Sorry guys I am fairly new to this but come Sept 6th. If the loi goes thru and say a buyout happened what happens to our stocks? Sorry again may sound like a dump question but am just curious.
