Hamilton must be close to completion?

If Hamilton is close to completion and they buy 3- 4 week old clones from Thrive  -----BE could have product in 4-5 weeks?

They need amendment to the cultivation license from health Canada...

That step must be fairly routine by now - for a ongoing company. Give a completion date, review date and licence issued.

It said on their website it has been notionally approved upon completion. Now does that mean once completed and inspected they will receive licence or will they still have to go thru a long process?
