You would think they would have let the investors know before finding out this way?

I own and rent real estate. Just because the ownership might be changing hands doesn't mean the tenant will change. didn't they just sell this property and turn it into a lease? if I'm wrong I apologize but if I'm right who cares who owns the building.?.... I like what the new CEO have to say maybe someday I'll get my money back. Remember women always make better CEOs.

I agree it doesn't mattter who owns the property.  Problem is Beleave announced the sale of the property for $3 million in cash that was to be used for debt repayment, the acceleration of the Hamilton Phase 2 expansion, and other growth initiatives.  If there is no sell then what happens to Hamilton expansion, debt repayment and other growth initiatives?  Not to mention ...more

Beleave is selling the property.  Look at the links below.  Clearly says Colliers International (the “Agent”) has been retained by Beleave Inc. (the “Vendor”) as exclusive agent to arrange for the offering and sale of 100% freehold interest in a 240,000 SF Commercial Greenhouse facility located at 6867 Wellington Road South. https://www.collierscanada.com/en-CA/Properties/6867 ...more

You are obvioulsy not a real shareholder.  Real shareholders care when a company's purported funding source dries up and they do not announce it.  I am not looking ofr anyone to sell.  I'm just looking for answers and information.

Wow, really? LMAO, hey people wake up. On Aug 27 2019 they signed a "letter of intent" for the sale and leaseback, NOT a done deal yet, still need to dot the I's and cross the T's, thats probably why the property is still listed.
