SASKATCHEWAN STORE SOLD TO INSIDER (?)

Saskatchewan government lists "Limegrove Cannabis" as an operator where Beleave should be listed.  It is registered as a Sole Proprietorship with Kevin Keagan listed as the Proprietor.  Not sure what that means, but it would be great for Beleave to clarify the status of the store, who it was sold to, and on what terms, especially in the context of Jeannette's resignation citing ethical concerns.

Probably bankruptcy for Beleave and probley will register under different corporation so no legal actions since company will not exist. I'm sure they've been planning this exit for a while. If what you are saying is factual that's my guess

So Kevin is going to pay the company 2 million for the store
Comment by Wallhalla on Jan 04, 2020 12:13pm
It would explain why Jeannette quit for ethical reasons.

Kevin is not buying the store. You have no idea what ur talking about. It was a joke.

What makes you an expert? The guys name is listed on the Saskactchewan business registry as a sole proprietor. The company never disclosed who they sold it to and Jeannette quit shortly after for ethical reasons. The COO owns the land in Hamilton and has a hudge conflict of interest and has apparently enagged in self-dealing.  the company is not very transparent with what they do, so who ...more

No limegrove is the operating name. The store is still owned by Beleave until it's transferred. Hence Kevins name on the store. The company would have to announce it was sold to an insider. Why speculate on stuff, just call the company!
Comment by Wallhalla on Jan 04, 2020 11:34am
Where did you get this imformation from? I did not see an announcement. The company often does not respond to enquiries and many shareholders are frustrated by a lack of responsiveness. Irregardless one should not have to call the company to get basic details. They should be communicating more so we don't have to speculate.

There is nothing to report until the licence is transferred so nothing for the company to release.
