With all respect the financial statements coming out by Monday will be more indicative of Beleaves trajectory more than anything Kevin says.

If financial statements indicated a true accurate trajectory, going by that logic after last financials we would have been bankrupt before the new year.

We are insolvent. Only thing keeping the lights on is the fact Beleave owes it vendors millions of dollars in back payments and small equity raises like this one. Raising $270 k to continue day to day operations is not a good thing.

I m talking about the $4 million they owe their vendors. This is in addition to what they owe Auxly. Mackie Research seems to have got them the Volero deal.
