When to Resume Trade?

Does Beleave have to wait until April 29th until OSC resumes trade?...cant be earlier no matter what?

Here is a link to the order setting out the process.  The OSC could release the CTO if they are convinced Beleave is no longer in default, but the OSC is undertaking a "continuous disclosure review" and will go through the finanicals (among ohter things) with a fine tooth comb so who knows what they will find.  If the default is not fixed, there will be a hearing no sooner than

Sure, we can sue them. But they're totally out of money, so what's the point? I'm thinking they possibly can't even afford a lawyer at this stage. Time to walk away and cut my losses.

They have some real estate and I'd go after them personally if corruption is afoot. You're not protected by incorporation if you are found guilty of fraud. They wanna be sure their. Owes are clean. I suspect otherwise.

Given 30% of top line cannabis revenues (YTD) go to the current CEO, and he beneficially owns the Hamilton property and the mllions of dollars of improvements Beleave paid for (and add in what appear to be reckless false statements, a lack of transparency, conflicts of interest and an addiitonal $75,000 to sit on the Board, plus bonuses) there may be an argument that the company is a facade

Shareholders here are done unfortunately.  B.K and A.W took the entire fall for the Bridgemark Fraud and somehow nobody went to jail or was responsible to pay that $7 Million dollars back to Beleave.  Also a shocker that B.P wiggled out of this as clean as a whistle as if he didn't know what was going on.  Anyone that stayed in this company after the Bridgemark Scam is a fool
