Refusing to Communicate

Editing previous post

A colleague of mine based in New York has reached out to this company countless times and told them that among other things, he could help in introductions to capital sources. This is countless communication with Andrew and Bo (former CEO and CFO). He then reached out to Kevin Keagan and got zero response. He now has reached out to the current CEO and got zero response.

What is going on here and what are they all hiding. These are facts!!

I guess they have all the money they need. Remember, they stole a bunch of ours. Which is fine, they'll either pay by employing some ethics, or paying monetarily or paying otherwise. But, they won't get away, anywhere or anyhow, without paying the piper.

So not getting ur comment. Company gets calls all the time for introductions. Your friend knows someone who can provide cheap capital??? Expensive capital? Very generic statement

Not sure what is confusing about the statement. Note sure if you figured it out but the company is about 2 weeks from shutting the doors. If I was the CEO of a public company and someone called me repeatedly that said he could provide capital infusions and you didn't return a call, that is asking for a lawsuit. Let me repeat. They are about 2 weeks from shutting the doors.

Cannibisnut,  I dont discredit one word of what you say. Despite being new here, your statement makes sense. I too had a financier for them a long time ago, all thet I was looking for prior to an intro, was some semblence of good business accumen or even a bit of professionalism. That did not materialize and shortly after, I realized that my investment was toast. Nothing new here. So, it' ...more

This does not appear to be recent. It looks like the OSC review has shown their SEDI disclosures to be out dated and they are updating them accordingly.

I don't think anyone can talk sense here Stalkhouse. You geniuses see something that I don't. I guess I don't understand how a stock that went from 3.00 to .01502 can survive. Who are you BTW? Ever sat on the Beleave board? LMAO!

If you really don't know why it dropped significantly horse then you should likely go back to school and learn about ex. reverse split perhaps?

Yeah I went from 10,000 to 70,000 shares on the stupidest move in company management history. To "get rid of the shorts that were holdin er down". 3.00-2.10 around the rollback, i cant remember, because I dont care to 1.50 - 1.00 -.25 -.01502. Still can't see the money making trend here. Unless youre a penny trader and you're trading the shift of a half penny. No matter, bad ...more
