Cui Bono
So . . . Bill buys a delapidated property in Hamilton. Gets shareholders to pay for zoning upgrades, building improvements, and a greenhouse in the millions of dollars. Runs the company into the ground, then negotiates to sell the property at what I'm sure will be revealed to be a healthy profit, while shareholders are left with nothing. This sickens me.
