Question

If you don't do anything will the bell aliant shares simply become BCE shares?

"Option 3 is the default election if you do not choose one of the other two options." Option 3 =  "$7.75 in cash and 0.4778 of a BCE common share (the Cash and Share Alternative)." - https://www.bce.ca/investors/shareholder-info/bell-aliant-privatization/ You would need to do any tax and/or adjusted cost calculations for your shares after this goes through.
