Any idea why BA is still being traded today ?

Can anyone tell me why BA shares are being traded today at $31.80?  When is the closing date?

They are trading off the BCE conversion price. i.e. BCE X .6371 $50.17 X .6371=$31.96 Buy at $31.69 and make $.27 on each share.
