Thank you for the links, tiger. With prices of gas, EV becoming increasingly more relevant. It is at least 3 times cheaper to drive  Ioniq than elantra now. It will be 5-6 times cheaper in spring-summer-fall and Ioniq is SUV... Reliance on politically and socially toxic Russian carbon easier to reduce while driving EVs. That was an excellent piece of communication, business like. No water, explaining what to expect and what not to expect too. A bit in between the line, Mitsui m/b won't be a key partner. But clear, no merging, unfortunately. Off-take is in the air. Most important there is a choice of potential partners.  As soon as financing go through, s/p should go through the roof

So they have been touting Mitsui for a year and now they say " decided to resist the temptation to sign an off-take agreement." I have been in this company various times for th past 6 years ! Same old song and dance ! They have the best Jr. Lithium project in the world! And they do what ? Say what ?  Or Mitsui bailed !  Unbelievable!!

Yes, "resist the temptaion" sounds strange and vague. Was the offer too low? Was there a real offer?  I already got, that this company pace is about 2-3 slower than average Jr., 40% is due to location (Chili's bureacracy got nuts over last few years), 40% due to counterproductive JV structure (nobody want to lose supply because of intra-company bureacracy problems), and about 20 ...more

With BRZ, you really need to be patient. Since BRZ is a minority shareholder, nothing they can do, and are pushing around by their JV. My "felling" is that the 3 partners will be merged into a single one, then a buyer will step in and buy out the single company. Time vise, it all dictates by LPI, they pan to seperate their Auz and Argetina by the mid of this year, so I assume the ...more
