- Does anyone know when there will the shareholders vote for merger ? They said September 
- When is cut off date, if any, to get .02 plus 70% share of LPI
- Any this at about an 18% discount. Makes no sense !

voting is complete. In September the consolidation will take place. Lpi is paying .30 for each and all shares of bearing. Bearing holders will receive 2 ents for every share they own upto the consolidation date. If you own 10 shares of bearing you will own 7 shares of lpi. If you own 100,000 you will own 70,000 after consolidation. I would grab as much bearing I could under 28cents cuz lpi is

Shareholder voting is not completed !!! Bearing did not send out shareholder voting !! (Did anyone vote ?  ) I didn't not vote! Shareholders have to vote on merger and Borta has to give the word !  Like I said who know the information ?  AND who said Bearing is going to be .30 in September ??? You have no clue !! LPI Closed today at 0.625 AU $ 0.625 AU$ means for 1 BRZ 0.413 CA$ And ... that means a discount of 40-45% versus yesterday's BRZ close. ( If you like Lithium shares ) ;-)

We are all in information vaccum. I would like to remind you that Bearing is on venture exchange and rules and shareholder protections laws are much looser here than for normal public companies. Board already voted and agreed unanimously. Maybe they have enough vote / power to proceed without our votes, I do  not know. It looks like the merger will happen by the year end (anywhere from the

In my opinion, this / your statement is wrong: There will be no merger before LPI Australian assets formed into company and spinned off. Other Key Terms The Merger Agreement and Arrangement are otherwise on terms and conditions that are customary for a transaction of this nature, including that LPI has agreed to conduct its business in the ordinary course prior to completion of the Transactions.

How can my statement is wrong if "Bearing and SBD shareholders will be able to participate in the Demerger"? First Merger between 3 companies, then shares of spinned off companies will be distributed to shareholders. BRZ will get (by memory) 15.6%. However, we will have to wait until Australian gov't approve spin off.
