Thanks tiger. Couple very interesting points. LPI expect to close financing (unspecified) in Q1, 2023; hinted on favorable terms. Problems with Mitsui's technology, probably out. The things starting to move, merging is step one, hope step two will be soon after.

More delays !  And LPI and Bearing have been touting Mitsui for years now. Are you kidding me !! Now they are out !   If this is true, the market makers manipulate the stock. Hi EMT, There is not a hint on any delay so far. The merger is going on schedule, quite tight schedule. There is no dilution with the merger either. Controlling stake always have premium and we are getting back 1.5 c/ share and LPI secondary assets (in form of company). I have read your story with BRZ investment, I hear you, had a similar experience, but situation changed.  Mitsui did not
