BRZ's SP

LPI was really strong in ASX, closed at A$0.64, 9.4% gain, with over 4M shares traded. So BRZ is equal C$0.408 (0.64/1.14x0.70+0.015), with exchange rate C$1=A$1.14. The discount is 25.5% (BRZ closed at C$0.325), so BRZ should have a BIG day today to close the gap.

The Voting is tomorrow, 2 days to go!

If the australian LPI share price should stand at AU$0.70 tomorrow, the approval of the merger among BRZ shareholders will be high. And the exchange share price at BRZ must therefore be CA$0.45. ( Opinion, or copy of a post from CEO.CA  )

I would be surprise if No will be over 10%, still need to vote to avoid surprises. You can drill using JV, go through DFS, no problem. But financing or sale or partnership of shattered company is not very easy to achieve. Who would lend money to one project covering 1/3 of salar, while owed by three companies in different jurisdictions with mixed legal status (public and private)? In couple days, ...more
