CEO Interview .............

This interview should give shareholders a vote of confidence........ NOT ( warning painful to watch), Couldn't even answer a simple yet important question like how much money does the company currently have in the treasury? rambled on about an $8m acqusition in India, however neglected to say they only purchased 12.61% and paid only $1.4m so far of the total purchase price. Latest Sedar filings ( www.sedar.com) show they are out of money.

I know the managment well.   The have 30 milliion in warrants.   The just bought livepools for $8 million and gave the first tranche of mone which was 2 million.    They also raised another $2 million for operations and India is cash flow positive Maybe it's time you do a deeper dive on this FYI....  The devil is in the details I will remind you at $3 ...more

Had to comment as the DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS, www.sedar.com. I suggest you look at the company news and financials. January 25th - purchased 12.61% of live pools for approx $1,800,000 not $2 million February 5th - raised gross proceeds of $1,500,000 less commission not $2 million Yes the DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS FYI: Suspect the company used the procceds to buy the 12.61%,  as it had $287 ...more
