How embarrissing, 100X my A#s. Only stock to go down after the first feeble attempt at an interview, after paying US$120,000 and 800,000 shares. This is management wanting to get off paper. Not to mention, none of this management the CEO talks about is on the actual board of the company. Ask yourself the question why?
