Long halts tend to be bad news....The company has a poor customer service,and it's grading department is very poor....I have an account on Blitzvet and have been very disappointed with it's support team....reaching them is one thing getting a reply is a disaster....

yup... a joke. I've had 2 BS situations like this over the years. One went bad the other ended up ok. Bunch of kids throwing sand in the sandbox. At this point I hope halt stays until all is clarified. I'm still on board long term but wtf
