Ohhh ok right thank you. Guess we have no choice but to wait and see how all that goes down. I guess I was just thinking we lose half our shares they go into target company's pocket and when we start trade the market will adjust our price to what new buyers are willing to pay. You're right. They are paying more than the 5 mil. No need worry about rubbing in face. I dont really care. Was making educated guess based on other LOI I've seen. Most of time everything out in open. Pretty secretive with this one for some reason (good or bad). Now we know more what up. The info at the time could have gone either way. I assumed it would be just a further stock swap etc ...more

Seeing how your going to be ignorant than I told you so lol and your wrong it couldn't go either way it was right there in the initial news release it just didn't state how much exactly they are paying, and that itself was wrong. Lol. Its as reverse merger numb nuts. That means we will get shares of the combined company. Which may or may not be worth a heck of a lot more than what we have now. FYI  My bag of weed runs out around October 10 when we get our next news release to shut people like me up. It's not the money it's the fact i my have been scammed.
