What prospectus said this will be $2? No prospectus estimates the price. Second of all, this was $2.30 2 days ago. MAybe you shouldn've bought it so high. I don't own the stock. Sold it 2 days ago. let me get this straight Canaccord Genuity Corp paid 43 millions with a share price they deemed appropriate at 2.55$. And you Asterix are calling this stock overvalued at 1.75$.  Please explain?

BLOC does not have any earnings. It is a pure speculation. Just because some Fund Manage paid for it, it doesn't mean they are right. Plus it is easy to gamble with clients money.
