...the thing is...

..it seems to me like anyone..corporate or otherwise can start a blockchain with or without a currency attached...so...how does one blockchain co separate themselves from the other?....are blockchain co's going to end up being like the cryptos....literally endless?...one blockchain for this?....one for that?...
