I got correspondence on the spin off to vote last week .I imagine once they tally the results we will hear about the spin off  plus there is the approval from BC sec that needs to be in place . I think we will hear something within  a month .

I noticed that FORK is listed on the NASDAQ but obviously a different company. Fuling Global Inc. A plastic utensil manufacturer in Asia opening a factory in the USA. Not sure if that would hinder the name FORK for the CDN exchange or they possibly change it to a different ticker. I'm sure they do their research. Just a curiosity. Pretty excited about this opportunity given they've got
